Gluten free pasta with chilli pancetta and calamari

Method
On low heat saute the pancetta, chop the onions, garlic and saute until the butter in browned. Slice the calamari and toss in the butter for 1 minute. Add the polpa sicilana , chopped parsley and simmer for 2 minutes, add the cooked pasta and toss together
