Frozen berry yogurt Ice-cream

Ingredients

  • 500g frozen mixed berries
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 500g Greek yogurt (FAGE TOTAL)
  • Few mint leaves
  • Few extra berries and mint leaves to garnish

Method

Start by putting 4 serving glasses in the freezer for 30 minutes. To make the ice-cream, put the frozen berries, yoghurt, mint leaves and honey in a food processor and whiz until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the chilled serving glasses and decorate with the extra berries.
