Ingredients
- 50g raw almonds, soaked over night
- 500ml water
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped
- 4 Medjoul dates, soaked over night
- 1 avocado
- Few fresh strawberries or 2 peaches
- 1 banana
- Handful of baby spinach
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Place all the ingredients in a liquidizer and blitz together to a smooth consistency. Pour into 2 glasses and drink immediately.
