Easter chocolate caramel popcorn bark with sprinkles

Ingredients

1 bag caramel coated popcorn (Werthers)
400g milk chocolate (Novi)
2 tbsp mixed coloured sprinkles
2 tbsp pink or yellow coloured chocolate
2 tubes smarties or coloured chocolate eggs

Method

Melt the milk chocolate and mix in the caramel coated popcorn. Spread out onto a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper. Messily drag over lines of the coloured chocolate and sprinkle over the coloured sprinkles. Break the smarties or chocolate eggs and sprinkle over. Allow to set then break up into small pieces before serving
