Crunchy kale crisps

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch curly kale
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- Good pinch coarse seas salt and pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
Method
Start this recipe by cutting out the hard stems using sharp knife and discard. Place the kale into a large bowl and toss in the chilli flakes, salt, pepper and onion powder. Mix together well then mix in the olive oil and honey, coating all over well. Place the kale onto a large baking sheet in 1 layer and bake in the hot oven at 160`c for 20-30 minutes, tossing around in the tray 2 times during the cooking time. When ready, the kale should be dry and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
