Crispy Chicken fingers

Ingredients
- 1pkt crisps (Schar)
- 500g Chicken Breast
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup 00 Flour
- 1tsp Garlic Granules
- 1/2tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1tsp Smoked Paprika
- Fresh Chives
Method
Preheat oven to 200°c. Grind the crisps to a breadcrumb consistency and set aside. Cut chicken breast into fingers. Beat 2 eggs. Set aside. Combine flour, garlic granules, pepper, salt, and paprika together. Dip chicken fingers into flour, egg wash, and crisps. Bake in a preheated 200°c oven for about 25min or until golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve.

Ħawwad flimkien id-dqiq, il-frak tat-tewm, il-bżar, il-melħ u l-paprika. Għaddas l-istrixxi tat-tiġieġ fid-dqiq, għaddi mill-bajd, u l-crisps. Sajjar f’forn ta’ 200°c imsaħħan minn qabel għal madwar 25 minuta jew sakemm jieħdu kulur dehbi. Roxx il-kurrat frisk fil-wiċċ u servi.
