Chocolate mousse with strawberries

Ingredients
400ml fresh cream (Benna)
180g dark chocolate, chopped (Lamb brand)
1 tsp coffee granules
8 medjool dates, stone removed
2 sheets leaf gelatine, soaked in water
Good pinch coarse sea salt
Sliced strawberries to decorate
Method
Place the cream, chopped dark chocolate, medjool dates, instant coffee powder and soaked gelatin leaves into a saucepan and heat until the chocolate has melted. Place into a blender and blitz till fine. Pour into small dessert glasses and allow to set for a few hours. To serve, decorate the top with coarse sea salt and sliced fresh strawberries.
