Chocolate dipped Maltese strawberries

Ingredients
- 2 boxes fresh strawberries, stems on and chilled
- 150g dark chocolate (Novi)
- 150g milk chocolate (Novi)
- Coloured sprinkles, coconut and chopped nuts to decorate.

Method
Start by washing the strawberries and patting dry with kitchen paper. Twist up the leaves and place into the fridge to chill for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate separately into 2 bowls. Carefully dip in the strawberries, decorate with the sprinkles, nuts, or coconut and allow the chocolate to set on sheets of nonstick paper.
