Chocolate bark with salted roasted almonds pumpkin seeds and caramel

Ingredients
- 400g dark chocolate (Novi)
- 150g salted toasted almonds
- 50g toasted salted pumpkin seeds
- 1 packets soft caramels (Werther’s original)
Method
Start this recipe by melting together the chocolate. Pour into a large bowl and mix in the almonds and pumpkin seeds. Chop up the caramels and add to the chocolate and mix. Spoon the mixture into a baking tray lined with nonstick paper and even out. Sprinkle over coarse sea salt and allow to set. To serve cut into shards using a sharp knife.
