Chocolate and roasted hazelnut fudge squares

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate (Lamb brand)
4 tbsp coconut oil (Spa)
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
80g tahini (Sunita)
190g almond butter
100g roasted hazelnuts (Lamb brand)

Method

Melt the chocolate and stir in the coconut oil. Next, add in the salt, vanilla, tahini and almond butter and mix well. Pour into a loaf tin lined with paper and toss over the roasted hazelnuts. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes to set before cutting into squares.
