Caprese salad with mozzarella di buffola and Parma ham

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 600g mozzarella di buffola
  • 150g Parma ham
  • 100g tomatoes
  • 500g fresh mixed salad leaves
  • 100g basil leaves
  • 100g fresh pesto to use as a dressing

 

Method

Sliced all the above ingredients and build up into stacks. Serve drizzled with the pesto dressing.
