Cabbage leaves with lamb koftas

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 6 cabbages leaves
  • 100g lamb mince
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 10ml olive oil

Method

Blanche the cabbage leaves in a pan of boiling water, remove from the pan and put aside to cool. Next, sauté together the onion and garlic in a pan with a little oil and transfer into a medium sized bowl with the mince meat, eggs, salt and pepper and mix together well. Use the mixture to stuff the cabbage leaves then continue to cook in oven for 15 minutes drizzled with olive oil.
