Bucatini with peanut butter & fresh basil

Ingredients
Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1tsp Olive Oil
A Bunch of Fresh Basil
2tbsp Peanut Butter (Lamb brand)
270ml 1 tub Plant (Elmlea)
400g Tagliatelle (Lamb brand)
30g Chopped Peanuts
Salt & Pepper
Method
Add the finely chopped garlic and cook on a moderate flame for 5 minutes.
Add the cream, and the peanut butter and season with salt & pepper. When it boils, lower the flame to a minimum.
In the meantime boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, and cook it for 1 minute less than instructed.
Coarsely chop the basil and add it to the sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add the pasta and give it a good mix and cook for just under a minute.
Serve with freshly ground pepper and chopped salted peanuts.
