Breaded deep fried goats` cheese salad

Ingredients
For the batter
- 50g flour
- 50ml milk
- 1 egg
You will also need
- 2 goats` cheeselets
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 red pepper
- 1 artichoke
- 2 stuffed olives
- Mixed salad leaves
- Olive oil
Method
For the batter, mix together the flour, egg and milk and whisk till you achieve the correct consistency with no lumps. Coat the goats cheese with the batter and then to the breadcrumbs. Next, deep fry the breaded goat’s cheese till golden brown .In a separate pan, grill the red pepper and artichoke in a little olive oil. Mix together some salad leaves with a little olive oil and the stuffed olives and serve with the cooked breaded goats` cheese.
