Blueberry and lemon tart

Ingredients

  • Sweet pastry
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 200ml double cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 300g blueberries
  • Zest of 1 lemon

 

Method

Line a baking tin with the sweet pastry. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and use to fill the pastry case. Bake in the oven at 180`c for 30 minutes.
