Black cod with anchovies and French beans
Serves:
Ingredients
- 250g black cod
- Flour for dusting
- A little butter
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Few cherry tomatoes
- Anchovies
- Boiled French beans
Method
Coat the cod in flour. In a hot frying pan add the butter and oil, and place the cod skin side down on the pan. Cook on one side only, and when ready remove from the pan and place on a tissue paper. In the same pan used for the fish, cook the cheery tomatoes, anchovies and French beans. When ready, serve this on a plate, and place the cod on top.
