Ingredients
- 120g of ground almond
- 240g caster sugar
- 2 egg whites
- You will also need sheets of rice paper
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a mixer bowl. Then mix for about 15 minutes till mixture becomes soft. Pipe on a rice paper and bake for 20 minutes at 160`c till light golden.
