Baked chicken parmesan pasta bake

Method
Divide the chicken breast length wise, season with salt and pepper, pass through flour, dip in egg and pass through breadcrumbs. Seal the chicken pieces in hot melted butter until golden crisp; set aside. Mix the spaghetti with the bolognese sauce; mix in some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Place spoon full of pasta on a baking tray, rest chicken on top, top up with a spoon of tomato sauce, basil leaves, extra mozzarella and parmesan. Bake in a hot oven until cheeses melts.
