Asian potato salad with toasted peanuts

Ingredients
500-600g Baby potatoes, boiled and halved
3 Spring onions, sliced
3 tbsp Roasted salted peanuts, chopped (Lamb brand)
1 Red chilli, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Chopped fresh dill and coriander
2 tbsp Mayonnaise ; heaped (Hellmanns; original)
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp dried fried onion pie
Method
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients except the cooked potatoes and fried onion pieces. Stir in the potatoes to coat and spoon into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the fried onion pieces and serve chilled.
