Pistachio and Parmesan cheese twists

Ingredients
400g puff pastry
1 jar pistachio pesto (Camel brand)
150g grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp lightly toasted pine nuts (Lamb brand)
2 tbsp crispy fried onions (Lamb brand)
1 egg, beaten
Method
Start by rolling the pastry into 1 large square. Brush half with beaten egg and brush the over half with pesto. On the egg side, sprinkle over 100g of the grated Parmesan followed by all the pine nuts and crispy fried onions. Next, fold the side with the pistachio pesto on top creating a sandwich. Brush the top lightly with more beaten egg and sprinkle over the remaining 50g grated Parmesan. Cut into 3cm wide strips, twist tightly into straws and place onto a lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200`c for 20-25 minutes.
