Creamy roasted chicken baguettes with cranberry jam

Method
Place the diced chicken, sliced spring onions, real mayonnaise and mustard in a medium bowl. Season well with salt and pepper and mix together well. Toast the baguettes lightly, split in half and spread with the cranberry jam. Spoon in the chicken filling, top with rocket leaves and press together. Cut in half and serve
