Salted chocolate and walnut fudge

Ingredients
500g dark chocolate (Novi)
400g tin condensed milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
200g walnuts
½ tsp coarse salt
Method
For this recipe, just chop up the chocolate and melt. Stir in the condensed milk, vanilla and walnuts and mix together well. Pour the mixture into a 20cm square tin lined with non-stick paper and even out. Sprinkle over the coarse salt, place into the fridge and chill for 3-4 hours before cutting into squares.
