- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Start by making the dough. Mix everything together with enough of the warm water to make a nice soft dough. Continue kneading in the mixer for at least 5-7 minutes till smooth. Transfer into a greased bowl and cover with a damp towel. Allow to rise for 40 minutes or until double in size. When ready, knock back and turn onto a floured work surface. Cut into 30 pieces, roll tightly into bowls and arrange onto a lined and greased baking sheet in the shape of a wreath. Mix together the melted butter, garlic and parsley and brush all over the bread dough. Allow to rise again for 15 minutes then press in the cherry tomatoes. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
