Cranberry chicken thighs with sweet potatoes and corn on the cob

Method
Mix together the soup mix, cranberry sauce and French dressing to make a marinate. Brush the chicken with the marinate and refrigerate for an hour or overnight. Cover in foil and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with corn on the cob, sweet potato and fresh cranberries.

Għatti bil-fojl u aħmi fil-forn f’temperatura ta’ 200°C għal 30 minuta. Ikxef u aħmi għal 15-20 minuta oħra jew sakemm ikunu msajra. Servi mal-corn on the cob, patata ħelwa u cranberries friski.
