Stir-fried pork with cashews

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 300g pork fillet
  • ½ onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 3 tbsp cashew nuts (Lamb Brand)
  • 100ml hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

Cut the onions and peppers in cubes and fry in sesame oil, once browned remove the veg leaving the oil in the pan, reheat well the same pan and now toss the shreaded pork. Once nearly cooked trough add again the veg and pour in the hoisin. Toss well and add the cashews and serve.
