Chicken tagliata with rucola and peppers

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 100g chicken strips
  • 100g rucola
  • 50g peppers
  • 50g leeks
  • 20g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil for frying

Method

Preheat a frying pan with some oil and stir-fry the chicken strips, pepper and leeks together cook for 5 minutes. Remove off the heat and mix in the rucola. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
