Tortilla cases with chilli con carne
Ingredients
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can gran ragu (Star)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Fresh coriander
- Jalapeno peppers
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
Cut discs out of the wraps and press into small muffin cases, sprinkle with the paprika. Bake for a few minutes in a hot oven until crispy. Mix together the ragu with the kidney beans, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and fresh coriander. Warm in a saucepan for a few minutes. Spoon the chili con carne into the cups, decorate with shredded cheese, jalapenos and coriander springs.
Suggested wine: Cielo Pinot Grigio
