Grilled fruit wraps

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruit (pineapple, bananas, strawberries, peaches, cherries and kiwi)
  • Vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
  • Fresh mint
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Peanut butter
  • 6 tortilla wraps
  • Fruit sorbets

Method

Wash, peel, hull and slice the fruits like when preparing a fruit salad. Mix the yogurt with the mint leaves. Spread 2 with the yogurt, 2 with the chocolate hazelnut spread and the remaining 2 with the peanut butter. Divide the fruit between the tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon and wrap tightly to secure the filling. Place on a lightly greased barbecue and grill until nicely browned. Allow to cool slightly, slice and serve with fruit sorbet.
