Olive oil savoury pastry

Ingredients

  • 400g plain flour or 00 flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 150ml water

 

Method

In a blender, mix the flour, salt and the olive oil. With the engine running, gradually add the water, until you have a ball of dough. Continue to blend for a couple of minutes until you have a silky ball.
