Pasta with tuna, mushrooms and cream

Ingredients

  • 1 regular can tuna
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 250g fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 100g cheese
  • Fresh seasoning
 

Method

Melt the butter in pan, add peeled and finely chopped onion and drained tuna to pan, stir over medium heat until onion is just tender. Add mushrooms to pan, toss lightly. Stir in cream, tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. Bring sauce to boil, remove from heat immediately, and stir in chopped parsley and cheese.
