Chinese style salmon

Ingredients
- 1kg salmon fillet (cut into 50-100g slices)
- 400g sesame seeds
- 200g black sesame seeds
- 1kg rice noodles, cooked
- 1 jar English mustard
- 3 tbsp Chinese five spice
- 100g spring onions
- 100g carrots
- 100g leeks
- 100g baby sweet corn
- 100g zucchini
- 100g celery
- 100g mixed coloured peppers
- 100ml soy sauce
Method
Marinate the salmon slices with 2 tbsp Chinese five spice, mustard and sesame seeds for an hour. Next, quickly shallow fry the salmon in a large pan to seal and finished off cooking in the oven at 200C for 10 minutes. Heat a little butter or oil in the pan and fry the vegetables for a few minutes. Add 1 tbsp of Chinese five spice to the pan and continue to cook for a few minutes. Ad the soy sauce and cooked rice noodles to the pan a heat together well. Serve the cooked salmon in large plates with the vegetable noodles on the side.
