Maryanne’s Cracker Bread

Ingredients

  • 64g ground almond flour
  • 64g oatmeal flour
  • 64g quinoa flakes (or boil ¼ cup of the regular quinoa, though can be omitted)
  • 64g flaxseed
  • 64g sunflower seed
  • 64g pumpkin seed
  • 64g sesame seed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Water to bind

 

Method

Mix all ingredients and put in the fridge for at least an hour. Roll between baking sheets and cut. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool completely before putting in an air tight container.

For sweet cracker bread

To make the sweet version of the cracker bread: Just omit the salt from the above mixture and add a little handful of chopped raisins, about chopped dates, 1 tsp cinnamon and good vanilla powder.
