Chocolate and chestnut cake

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (ICAM CIOCCO PASTICCERIA)
- 200g unsalted butter
- 200g cooked chestnuts
- 200ml milk
- 4 eggs, separated
- 150g caster sugar
Method
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a saucepan. Heat the milk with the chestnuts and whizz into a rough puree. Next, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until creamy, and then stir in the melted chocolate and the chestnut puree. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold them carefully into the batter Pour the mixture into a greased and lined 23cm round cake tin and bake in a pre heated oven at 170`c for 25 to 30 minutes.
