White chocolate ghost popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 packets white melting chocolate (Topsy)
  • 50g dark chocolate (Topsy)
  • Cake pop sticks

Method

Start this recipe by covering trays in non-stick paper. Melt the white chocolate and place into a piping bag. Lay the sticks on the trays spaced apart and carefully pipe ghost shapes over the sticks. Allow to set and then re-pipe over another layer of white chocolate to make it thicker. Allow to set then  pipe on eyes and a moth using the melted dark chocolate.
