Turkey, Brie and mango chutney pastry bites

															Ingredients
- 1 sheet pre-rolled puff pastry
 - 1 egg yolk (Le Naturelle)
 - 100g Brie cheese (Emborg)
 - 1 small jar mango chutney
 - Few slices cook fresh turkey
 - Micro greens to decorated
 
Method
Cut the puff pastry into 4cm squares and place into mini greased muffin tins. Brush with beaten egg yolk and spoon in a little mango chutney into each. Lay over a small piece of cooked turkey, filled by a slice of Brie. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve decorated with extra mango chutney and micro greens.
