Soft white cheese, honey and cranberry tartlets

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-rolled frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • 6 tartlets molds
  • 150g soft white feta cheese (Camel)
  • 150g fresh goats’ cheeselets (Camel)
  • 6 tbsp. honey
  • 6 tbsp. cranberry sauce (Colmans)
  • 6 broccoli florets
  • 2 shallots

Method

Open the pastry and line the 6 tartlets, use a fork to prick the dough. Chop the shallots and sauté until softened. Chop the broccoli, toss with the onion, season and remove from heat. Spoon the cranberry sauce at the bottom of the tart and spread well to cover the base. Cover with the broccoli and onion, then the cheese and finally the honey. Bake at 190°C until pastry is golden brown.
