Pear and raspberry crumbles with vanilla ice-cream

Ingredients
For the filling
4 pears, peeled cored and sliced
1 bag frozen raspberries (Asiago)
2 tbsp caster sugar
Juice and zest 1 orange
1 tbsp corn flour
You will also need
100g oats (Lamb brand)
120g self-raising flour
100g caster sugar
120g melted butter (Lake land)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice-cream for serving (Carte d’ or)
Method
Place the pears, frozen raspberries, caster sugar, orange zest and juice and corn flour in a bowl and mix together well. Spoon into individual ovenproof serving dishes. Make the topping by mixing together the oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Spoon on top of the fruit and bake in the oven at 200`c for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with a scoop of ice-cream on top.
