Peanut butter and lotus biscuit brownies

Ingredients
- 250g crunchy peanut butter (Pip n Nut)
- 200g dark chocolate (Novi)
- 280g brown sugar (Lamb brand)
- 3 eggs (Le Naturelle)
- 100g self-raising flour (Lamb brand)
- 10 lotus butter biscuits

Method
Melt together 200g of peanut butter and chocolate, along with 280g sugar together in a saucepan until the sugar has melted. Allow to cool down before stirring in the eggs, followed by the self-raising flour. Line a 20cm square line with baking paper and spoon in the brownie mixture. Press in the lotus butter biscuits and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
