Peach Melba smoothies with raspberries
Serves:
Ingredients
- 600g peaches, peeled and sliced
- 200g frozen raspberries
- 200-300ml orange juice (Pfanner)
- 250ml cold custard
- Fresh raspberries and mint leaves to garnish
Method
Place all the ingredients in a liquidizer and blitz together for 15 seconds. Immediately pour into tall glasses, decorate with fresh raspberries and mint leaves and serve.
