Parma ham melon

Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon, chopped
- 2 x 88g (2oz) packs of Parma ham, torn
- wild rocket for garnish
- pinch ground black pepper
Method
To prepare, serve the melon pieces in small glasses topped with a pieces of Parma ham. Garnish with wild rocket and black pepper.
