Mascarpone, truffle oil and honey bruscetta with Parma ham

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp honey1 tsp truffle olive oil
- 12 slices Parma ham
- 2 small baguettes, cut into 2 cm thick slices

Method
For this recipe, start by lightly toasting the baguette slices in the oven for about 5 minutes on each side to crispen. Allow to cool completely. Meanwhile, mix together the mascarpone, truffle oil and honey. When ready, spread a little of the mascarpone mix onto each slice of baguette. Decoratively arrange a piece of Parma ham onto each.
