Kids mini cheeseburger sliders

Ingredients

For the Burgers

400g beef mince
1 onion, diced and fried
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Good pinch garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for pan frying

You will also need

Fresh salad leaves
2 tomatoes, sliced thinly
Mini slider bread buns
1 packet cheese slices (Emborg)
1  Bottle cheese mayo or normal (Hellmanns)
1  Bottle ketchup (Hellmanns)
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into thin fries

Method

Start this recipe by heating a pan of cooking oil and fry the potato fries. Meanwhile, for the burgers just mix all of the ingredients together and form into small flat patties slightly larger than the bread sliders. Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the burgers on both sides till cooked through. When ready, place a slice of cheese on top of each burger, place the lid back onto the pan and allow to melt. Meanwhile, split and toast the buns. To make the sliders, squeeze over a little mayonnaise onto the base bun, followed by salad leaves, the cheese burgers and then sliced tomatoes. Finish off with a squeeze of ketchup and close with the bun top
