Honey and walnut baked brie with serrano ham and ciabatta

Ingredients
2 Brie wheels (Emborg)
2 tbsp Honey
60g Broken walnuts
Few fresh thyme sprigs
6 Slices serrano ham (Casademont)
1 Large ciabatta
Method
I had this dish while I was in Porto underneath PONTE LUIS 1 in one of the riverside restaurants. This is my version. Unwrap the Brie cheeses and place each onto a sheet of crumpled baking paper. Cut criss-cross slits into the top using a knife, add on half of the walnuts and drizzle over half of the honey. Bake in the oven at 200`c for 10 minutes till soft and squidgy. Meanwhile, cut the ciabatta in half, toast on both sides and lay 3 slices of Serrano ham on each piece. When ready to serve, put the ciabatta onto 2 serving boards with 1 baked Brie on each. Drizzle over the remaining honey and sprinkle over the remaining walnuts and serve immediately while hot and soft.
