Garlic infused turkey roulade

Ingredients
- 400g turkey mince
- 50g cream (Benna)
- 2 eggs (Le Naturelle)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g boiled chestnuts, chopped
- 80g cranberries
- 80g thick slice of ham or leftover turkey, diced
- 3 sage leaves, chopped
- 1 garlic flavor sheet (Maggi)
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
Method
In a food processor, blend the turkey mince till fine then add in the eggs, cream and season well with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the chestnuts, cranberries, sage and ham. Place the garlic flavored sheets onto foil and place on the turkey stuffing. Roll and tighten with the foil. Ace in a hot pan to seal in the flavors then transfer to an oven dish and cook at 180°C and to 75°C core temperature. Meanwhile, slice the potatoes and sauté in butter, season with salt and pepper, and in the thyme and cook till soft. Serve the potatoes with the turkey roulade cut into slices.
