Feta cheese and garlic dip

Ingredients
- 1 block feta cheese
- Good glug olive oil (Fillipo Berio)
- Zest of a lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- Few sprigs fresh thyme You will also need toasted sliced French stick for serving
Method
All you need to do is place all the dip ingredients into a food processor and blitz together with enough oil till smooth. Serve the dip alongside the toasted French stick.
