Ingredients
- 200g self-raising flour
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder (ICAM)
- 200g caster sugar
- 100g yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 60g dark chocolate chips
- 150ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 100ml water
- You will also need 40g chocolate chips to decorate
Method
Start this recipe by heating the oven to 180`c. Place your cup cake cases into a tray or moulds. To make this recipe, simply sift the flour and coco powder together in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Mix together for a minute or two using an electric whisk, then spoon the cup cake batter into the prepared cases. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Serve the double chocolate chip muffins whilst still warm or cold.
