Crispy beer rabbit

Ingredients

Dry Coating:
4 Rabbit Legs (SPA)
3cups All-Purpose flour (Lamb brand)
2tbsp Smoked paprika
1tsp Salt
1tsp White pepper
1tsp Oregano
1tsp Garlic Powder
1/2tsp Celery salt
1/2tsp Mustard powder

Wet Coating:
1 Whole egg (Coccodi)
1 Can of ice-cold beer
1 cup All-purpose flour

Vegetable oil for deep frying (Borges)

Method

Start by combining all the wet ingredients in a bowl, followed by the wet ones in another. Pass the rabbit legs from the dry mixture, followed by the wet one. Always remove the access and repeat for a second coating. Fry in hot oil for about 15 minutes depending on the size of the rabbit legs.
