Courgettes au gratin

Ingredients

  • 500g dark green courgettes
  • 200g tomato polpa
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 stem fresh curry leaves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Breadcrumbs

Method

Prepare a light sauce with garlic, curry leaves and polpa. Cut the Courgettes 1cm thick. Spread some sauce on an oven proof dish; lay the Courgettes, than lay again the rest of the sauce. Top with the cheese gratings and breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes in high heat or until golden brown.
