Colman`s Mediterranean chicken bake with basmati rice

Ingredients
- 1 Colman`s `Season & shake` Mediterranean chicken sachet
- 600g chicken breast, thickly sliced
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 cup basmati rice, cooked
Method
Tear open the sachet and remove the baking bag. Open up the bag and add in all the ingredients, including the seasoning in the bottom of the sachet. Close up the bag and shake vigorously to evenly coat the ingredients. Place the filled bag in a large oven-proof dish and bake in the oven at 190`c, for 30-40 minutes. When ready, remove the dish from the oven, cut open the bag (be careful not to burn yourself with the seam in the bag) and serve the Mediterranean chicken with cooked basmati rice.

Method
Iftaħ il-pakkett u oħroġ il-borża. Iftaħha u itfa’ fiha l-ingredjenti kollha mal-ħwawar tal-pakkett. Agħlaq il-borża u ħawwadha sew biex it-tiġieġ jinkesa bit-taħlita. Poġġiha f’dixx u daħħalha fil-forn f’temperatura ta’ 190oC, għal madwar 30-40 minuta. Meta t-tiġieġ isir, oħroġ id-dixx mill-forn u iftaħ il-borża (ara li ma tinħaraqx bil-fwar li joħroġ minnha). Servi t-tiġieġ mar-ross basmati.
