Chocolate and apple cake

Ingredients

300g Dark chocolate (Novi)
2 Large red apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1 tbsp Honey
Pinch coarse salt
1 tbsp Cocoa powder for dusting (Lamb brand)

Method

This is a very easy recipe to make and must be prepared 4 hours in advance or the day before. Place the quartered apples in a medium saucepan with water and boil for 5-10 minutes till cooked and very soft. At the same time, place the chocolate into a bowl and melt on top of the saucepan with the apples cooking. When ready, drain the apples and place into a food processor and blitz to a puree with the honey. Pour in the melted chocolate and blitz together till smooth. Pour into a tin or dish lined with non-stick paper and sprinkle over the salt. Place into the fridge tto set for 4 hours or overnight. Serve dusted with cocoa powder.
